We will gladly replace any defective merchandise. Before returning any defective or damaged items, please email your Cochlear Customer Service Representative at email@example.com for return authorization. Claims must be made within ten (10) days of receipt. If merchandise you receive is damaged during shipping, be sure to indicate this by writing on your delivery receipt. Exchanges for sizes are permitted; however, customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
